This is a very easy dish to make in the crockpot. I usually serve this with corn tortillas and red beans & rice. It can be varied by the spices or even usinga bottle of salad dressing. Ingredients:
5 lbs beef brisket |
1 teaspoon cumin |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon honey |
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon dill |
1 tablespoon salt |
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar |
1 (8 ounce) package corn tortillas |
Directions:
1. Place everything in the crockpot. 2. Turn on high for 1 hour. 3. Then low for 6-8. 4. Let the meat cool slightly and then shred. 5. Heat the tortillas on a grill pan and enjoy. |
