One of my favourite foods. You will love it! Serves 4. Ingredients:
2 cups chopped cooked fresh spinach |
2 tablespoons medium cream |
1 dash worcestershire sauce |
1 dash tabasco sauce |
salt & pepper |
4 slices toasted french bread (thick slices) |
1/4 cup hollandaise sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix together first 5 ingredients & heat. 2. Lay a toast slice in bottom of 4 individual casseroles. 3. Top each casserole with spinach & hollandaise sauce. 4. Lightly brown in 450F oven. |
