Perfect to serve with any fish. This recipe makes 1 1/4 cups so I guessed on the serving size. Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon dill pickle relish |
1 tablespoon chopped pimento stuffed olive |
1 tablespoon capers |
1 tablespoon grated shallot |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce, you can use more if you want more of a kick |
Directions:
1. Stir together all ingredients. 2. Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving. |
