Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) can pitted black olives |
3 anchovy fillets, rinsed |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
3 tablespoons capers |
1 tablespoon basil, slivered |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Thoroughly rinse the olives in cool water. 2. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor(mini on is just right).ยจ. 3. Process to combine stopping to scrape down sides of bowl until mixture becomes a coarse paste app 1 to 2 minutes. 4. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve. |
