Basically a dump soup. It makes a ton so there is a ton for leftovers, but it tastes just as good reheated! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can corn |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can peas |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can kidney beans |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes |
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste |
0.5 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning mix or 0.5 (1 1/4 ounce) package chili seasoning mix |
2 chicken bouillon cubes |
14 1/2 ounces water |
Directions:
1. Using a big stove top pot, brown ground beef first and drain off extra fat. 2. Add all ingredients to the beef and let simmer on medium about 15 minutes or until hot. |
