The recipe is not exotic, so it appeals to just about every age. It's great on a hot summer night. Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef |
15 oz. can red kidney beans |
1 small can sliced olives |
1 head lettuce |
1 onion or about 4 green onions |
4 tomatoes |
4 oz. grated cheese |
1 avocado |
1 bag crushed dorito chips |
thousand island dressing |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and drain. 2. Add drained kidney beans and simmer for 10 minutes 3. Combine rest of ingredients in salad bowl 4. Add beef and beans to salad and toss with dressing |
