easy put together party dip Ingredients:
8 oz sour cream |
8 oz whipped cream cheese |
8 oz salsa, your favorite ( mild, medium or hot ) |
1/4 cup chopped green pepper |
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes |
1/4 cup chopped scallions |
small can of drained black olives, slliced |
taco chips |
Directions:
1. Blend the sour cream and cream cheese unril smooth and spread on the bottom of serving dish
2. Layer on the vegetables and end with the olives
3. Serve with Taco chips on the side
