2 1/2 tablespoons butter |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup milk |
1 cup self raising flour |
5 tablespoons golden syrup |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180. 2. With electric mixer, beat butter and sugar. 3. Add egg and vanilla, milk and flour. 4. Grease a 6 pan non stick muffin pan with butter. 5. Place 3 teaspoons of batter in each pan. 6. Top batter with 3 teaspoons of syrup, top with remaining batter. 7. Place in centre of oven to bake for about 20 minutes. 8. Test with a skewer. 9. Carefully invert to serve hot. |
