Easy and yummy! Ingredients:
1 large garlic clove, cut in half |
1 cup dry white wine |
1 (10 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup |
1 lb natural swiss cheese |
3 tablespoons cornstarch |
french bread cubes or italian bread cubes |
Directions:
1. Rub inside of fondue pot with garlic and discard. 2. In fondue pot, simmer wine. 3. Blend in soup. 4. Combine cheese and cornstarch. 5. Stir into soup. 6. Heat tilll cheese is melted. 7. Stir on occasion. 8. Serve with bread cubes. |
