Similar to Chi's chis pkg fiesta sweet corn cake mix.-only made by scratch !

Ingredients:

3/4 c yellow cornmeal

1/4 c sugar

1 ts baking powder

1 ts baking soda

1/4 c butter melted

1/4 c water

1 can 15 oz cream corn

Directions:

1. Mix all and place in 9 inch square pan.
2. Bake 350F about 35 to 30 minutes or until set.
3. Scoop out from the pan to serve as a side dish .
