Easy Sweet and Spicy Kettle Corn |

Dress up your popcorn. This recipe uses a bag of microwave popcorn drizzled with caramel and sprinkled with paprika, salt, coriander, white pepper, and cayenne pepper and then tossed to coat. Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander |
1/2 teaspoon white pepper |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 (2 1/2-3 ounce) bag microwave popcorn |
5 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon butter |
Directions:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Make a bag of microwave popcorn. While it pops, cook 5 tablespoons sugar in a small sauce pan over medium heat until it melts and turns light brown. Remove from heat; stir in 1 tablespoon butter. Pour the caramel over the popcorn in a bowl, sprinkle with the spice mix and toss to coat. Spread out on a baking sheet to cool. |
