Just an easy, but special, breakfast/brunch recipe. Ingredients:
4 eggs |
2 c. milk |
1/2 c. flour |
1 tbsp. sugar |
pinch salt |
1/2 tsp. vanilla |
2 tbsp. melted butter |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs with whisk. 2. Mix in everything else. 3. Heat 8 in. skillet. 4. Pour in thin layer of batter and spread to edges. 5. Cook until top appears dry, flip and cook another 2 min. or until golden. 6. Serve with butter and jam or syrup or fruit. |
