A neighbor turned me onto this about three summers ago and it has become a favorite over the summer months when we don't want to heat up the house but want something refreshing. Very popular at my house, enjoy. Ingredients:
1/2 cup irish cream |
8 ice cream sandwiches |
1 large box instant chocolate pudding prepared as directed |
1 small container frozen whipped topping thawed |
10 chocolate sandwich cookies crushed |
Directions:
1. Pour Irish cream in rectangular glass pan.
2. Line pan with slightly melted ice cream sandwiches then top with whipped topping.
3. Garnish with crushed cookies.
