Very easy and tasty. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon brown sugar (you can also use honey) |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
1 dash ground nutmeg |
1 1/3 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt |
4 cups cut fresh fruit, assorted (i use raspberries, honeydew and cantelope) |
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in small bowl. 2. Stir in yogurt. 3. Spoon miture into small serving bowl and sprinkle with additional ground cinnamon. 4. Serve with fruit on the side. |
