My Mother-in-Law gave me this recipe. I tell you, my kids eat it up. This is a very easy meal to prepare for last minute dinners. The mushrooms are optional, if you don't have them use canned, but it is delicious with or without them. Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
2 tablespoons ground parsley |
1/4 cup tomato sauce |
2 tablespoons grated onions |
1 teaspoon prepared mustard |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms |
1 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. Cook ground beef; drain. 2. Add all ingredients except the sour cream. 3. Cook down. 4. Mix in sour cream right before serving. 5. Serve over rice or egg noodles. |
