With this recipe, you can have strawberry pie year round........ Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1/4 cup cornstarch |
1 1/2 cups water |
3 ounces strawberry gelatin |
10 ounces frozen strawberries or 1 cup fresh strawberries |
Directions:
1. Boil together sugar, cornstarch and water til thick and clear. 2. Add jell-o and cool. 3. Add frozen or fresh strawberries. 4. place in graham cracker crust; chill till firm. |
