Easy Spinach stir-fry are fast and easy on your table in less than 30 mintues...Best serve with rice or a side dish on your dinner table. Ingredients:
1/2 cup 3 layer of pork, (skin, fat and meat) small size bite |
5 cup ready to use fresh spinach, cut in half |
3 clove garlic chopped |
pinch black pepper |
fish sauce to taste or salt |
pinch msg (optional) |
2 tbsp of plam sugar |
3 tbsp oyster sauce |
2 tbsp cornstarch, in water mixture |
2 tbsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, add garlic and oil, cook until garlic is golden brown. 2. Add pork, cook it about 5-10 mintues or until pork are done. 3. Add spinach, black pepper, msg, fish sauce, sugar and oyster sauce. Stir to coat. 4. Add cornstarch a little at a time for thickness. 5. Serve serve as side dish or over rice. 6. ENJOY !! |
