Ingredients:

1/2 stick butter

2 cups dark brown sugar packed

3 eggs

1 9 inch, unbaked pie crust

Directions:

1. Melt butter and blend in sugar.
2. Mix in eggs and mix with fork just to combine.
3. Pour into crust and bake is set in center and slightly puffed
4. Garnish pieces with whipped whiped cream is optional
