Easy Spinach Stuffing Casserole |

This rich, tasty spinach casserole is a fine side dish for the holiday table. Ingredients:
4 cups pepperidge farm® herb seasoned stuffing |
1 tablespoon butter or margarine |
1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed cream of celery soup or campbell's® condensed 98% fat free cream of celery soup |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix 1/2 cup stuffing and butter. 2. Mix soup, sour cream, onion powder, spinach and cheese. Add remaining stuffing. Mix lightly. Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle stuffing mixture on top. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or until hot. |
