Easy Spicy Shrimp With Mandarin Oranges

My husband and I just tried this recipe and loved it. It's an interesting combination of flavors. The spiciness level is probably determined by which salsa you use. We got it off the bag of On the Border tortilla chips.
Ingredients:
1 lb shelled cooked shrimp
1 (15 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can mandarin orange sections
8 ounces jars salsa
1/2 cup orange juice
garlic powder
onion powder
black pepper, to taste
2 cups rice, cooked
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except rice in skillet, heat to boiling.
2. Serve over cooked rice.
