Easy Special Supper Potatoes |

I don't know what else to call these, Super easy, super tasty, my daughter requests these every week. They can be mashed with a big dollop of sour cream added in, for a great mashed potatoe. Also great as leftover homefries for breakfast. This is a double duty recipe. Ingredients:
2 lbs potatoes, peeled cut, diced into 1 inch cubes |
2 quarts water |
1/4 cup chopped sweet onion |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 cup butter |
1/2 tablespoon dill weed |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes, onions and garlic, dash of salt, till potatoes are soft. 2. Drain. 3. Add butter and dill. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir. 4. Serve. |
