An easy recipe for one or more. Use low salt salsa, such as Enricho for a low sodium recipe. Ingredients:
1 cup white rice, cooked |
2 tablespoons spicy salsa |
1 tablespoon marco polo red pepper sauce (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine salsa and red pepper sauce. 2. Stir into rice. 3. Heat in either microwave or pot until hot. |
