Dog ate the cookbook! you can also just leave it as a roast and cut it up after it has cooked. Use the liquid for gravy! Ingredients:
2 lbs round steaks |
1 1/2 ounces onion soup mix |
10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Slice steak into 5 serving size pieces; place in slow cooker. 2. Add soup mix, water, and soup. cover and cook on low for 8 hours. |
