For the totally exhausted seeking comfort food that doesn't come out of the freezer. Three ingredients that a) don't require the manwich can and b) actually includes some vegetable nutrition, thanks to the salsa. Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef |
30 ounces tomato soup |
24 ounces salsa |
6 hamburger buns |
Directions:
1. Brown the ground beef and drain off any fat. 2. Stir in the tomato soup and the salsa. 3. Simmer until heated through. 4. Serve atop hamburger buns and enjoy! |
