From Mom's recipe box. Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken parts |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 dash ground black pepper |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's tomato rice soup |
1/3 cup water |
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed |
Directions:
1. Dust chicken with flour and pepper. Melt butter in skillet. Brown chicken in butter. Add soup, water and oregano. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. |
