Easy Skillet Beef & Hash Browns |

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 can campbell's condensed cream of celery soup (10 3/4 ounces) |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 cup ketchup |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
2 cups frozen, diced potatoes (, , hash browns) |
3 slices process american cheese (about 3 ounces) |
Directions:
1. In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until browned, stirring to separate meat. 2. Pour off fat. 3. Add soup, water, ketchup and Worcestershire. 4. Heat to a boil. 5. Stir in potatoes. 6. Reduce heat to medium-low. 7. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are done, stirring occasionally. 8. Top with cheese. |
