I learned to make this when I was in college at KU and wanted something tasty yet easy to make. You'll be pleasantly surprised! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/8 cup lemon juice |
1/8 cup butter |
1/8 cup lemon juice |
1/3 cup chopped green onion |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 tablespoon italian seasoning |
2 cups cooked pasta |
1/4 lb cooked frozen shrimp |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients except frozen shrimp and cooked pasta to skillet on medium heat. 2. Once butter is melted, add pasta. 3. Stir ingredients and cover for 2 minutes. 4. Add frozen shrimp. 5. Let it cook until the shrimp is no longer frozen stirring frequently. |
