Ingredients:
3/4 cup margarine |
3 medium onions, chopped |
1 bell pepper, chopped |
4 stalks celery, chopped |
1 cup ro-tel tomatoes |
1/2 lemon, juice of |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 cup parsley, chopped |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
2 lbs shrimp, peeled |
1 cup cream of mushroom soup |
1/4 cup green onion top, chopped |
Directions:
1. Saute onions, bell pepper, celery and tomatoes in margarine, covered, for two hours. 2. Add remaining ingredients and cook 30 more minutes. serve over hot rice. |
