Ingredients:
3/4 cup margarine
3 medium onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 cup ro-tel tomatoes
1/2 lemon, juice of
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 lbs shrimp, peeled
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup green onion top, chopped
Directions:
1. Saute onions, bell pepper, celery and tomatoes in margarine, covered, for two hours.
2. Add remaining ingredients and cook 30 more minutes. serve over hot rice.
