Serves 6 Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1 (14 ounce) can mixed vegetables |
4 cups instant mashed potatoes |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and and add onion, cook until onion is transparent. 2. Add soup, veggies,garlic and mix together. 3. Pour into oblong baking dish. 4. Spread mashed potatoes on top and sprinkle with cheese. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 6. 1/2 cup of Mushroom Soup = 1 point. 7. 1/2 cup of English Peas = 1 point. |
