Ingredients:
1 kg ground beef
2 onions, chopped
1 chili pepper, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 red peppers, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 teaspoons chili powder, add to taste
2 teaspoons curry powder, add to taste
27 ounces white beans, in tomato sauce
27 ounces black beans, in tomato sauce
Directions:
1. fry the onion, garlic and chili antill golden.
2. add ground beef and chili and curry spice, fry antill
3. add the red pepper, carrot and the beans with the tomato sauce.
4. adda salt and pepper to taste and let cook for about 10 minits antill simmers.
5. serv with toasted bread.
