Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups gluten flour
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 teaspoons paprika
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cumin
3/4 cup cold water
4 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon ketchup
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 garlic cloves
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. mix dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
3. in a small bowl, whisk wet ingredients until mixed well.
4. add dry ingredients to wet. mix well, then knead for several minutes.
5. form into a log shape and wrap in foil, tightly twisting the ends.
6. bake for 90 minutes and enjoy as you wish.
