                    These are potatoes that Phil's aunt makes with a ham when we go to visit. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                10 potatoes,sliced thin  |  
                                                1 onion,sliced thin  |  
                                                2 cans condensed cream of celery soup  |  
                                                2 cans milk  |  
                                                butter pats  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a 9x 13 baking dish,put a layer of potatoes,a layer of onion,a layer of soup and milk mixture. Repeat layers. Dot the top with butter. 2. Bake at 400 for 1/2 hour and then lower oven to 350 and continue to bake for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or till potatoes are tender. 3. Sometimes I layer with shredded cheddar cheese to make au gratin potatoes                              |
