I do love scalloped potatoes, and here is another one for you to try, very good!! You can jazz it up with Bacon Bits just before serving. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 cup cheez whiz |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
3 lbs yukon gold potatoes, sliced (about 9) |
1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F Mix soup, sour cream, Cheez Whiz and pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes, and onions; toss to coat evenly. 2. Spoon into 13/9-inch baking dish; cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes. |
