This is a recipe that is very easy to do. I have had it for several years and everyone really likes it. It is easy to adapt and make your own. Ingredients:
4 cups thinly sliced potatoes |
1 medium onion, thinly sliced |
1 can condensed cream of onion soup |
1 can condensed cream of celery soup |
1 3/4 cups milk |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Layer potatoes and onions in a greased casserole dish. 3. Mix soups and milk, pour over potato/onion layers. 4. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or till tender. |
