Great for a fast and filling breakfast. Makes alot of gravy. Ingredients:
1 lb bulk pork sausage |
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine |
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1 3/4 cups milk |
3 1/2 cups milk |
biscuit |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, cook the sausage over medium heat until no longer pink. 2. Stir in butter until melted. 3. Sprinkle with flour. 4. Gradually stir in milk, salt, and pepper. 5. Bring to a boil. 6. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. 7. Serve over biscuits. |
