Easy dinner when you had no time to thaw! Ingredients:
6 (4 ounce) chicken breasts |
1 (12 ounce) can rotel |
1 (6 ounce) box stove top stuffing mix (uncooked) |
Directions:
1. Place frozen chicken breasts in a 13 x 9 pyrex dish. 2. Pour rotel over the chicken. 3. Pour uncooked herbed stuffing over chicken and rotel. 4. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. |
