Cook shrimp just until they appear opaque and turn pink. Overcooked shrimp will be tough and rubbery. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons light butter, melted |
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary |
2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano |
2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined |
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well with a whisk. Add shrimp; toss to coat. Place in an 8-inch square baking dish. Cover and marinate 4 hours. 2. Microwave, uncovered, at HIGH 6 minutes or until shrimp are done, stirring after 3 minutes. |
