Ingredients:
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 1/2 tbsp rosemary, chopped
2 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
2 tsp basil, chopped
1/4 tsp table salt
1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
2 garlic clove(s), minced
1 1/2 pound shrimp, large, peeled and deveined
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well with a whisk. Add shrimp; toss to coat. Place in an 8-inch square baking dish. Cover and marinate 4 hours.
2. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 6 minutes or until shrimp are done, stirring after 3 minutes. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1?4 of shrimp mixture).
