4 baking potatoes (about 3 pounds) |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1 tbsp. kosher salt |
2 tbsp. chopped rosemary |
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes |
1 tsp. paprika |
Directions:
1. 1) Preheat oven to 450*F. Coat roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray. Cut each baking potato lengthwise into 8 wedges. Place wedges in prepared pan. 2. 2) Drizzle potatoes with oil. Sprinkle with salt, rosemary and pepper flakes, tossing well to coat. Spread potatoes for even roasting and sprinkle with paprika. 3. 3) Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown, stirring occasionally. Serve with your favorite low fat/no fat dipping sauce. |
