Ingredients:
a sheet of tin cut 1 inch smaller than the size of the grill |
about 5 dozen oysters |
a double thickness of burlap (large enough to cover oysters) |
a spray bottle (to mist burlap) |
kane island cocktail sauce |
melted butter |
hot sauce |
saltine crackers |
Directions:
1. Place tin on grill over a hot fire. Arrange oysters in the shell on the sheet of tin, cover with burlap, mist burlap with water, and cook 7 to 9 minutes. 2. Uncover oysters, and remove from grill with long-handled tongs. Open and serve with Kane Island Cocktail Sauce, melted butter, hot sauce, and saltine crackers. |
