This is a good and easy chciken to serve with a salad and vegetable. Ingredients:

Directions:
1. Wash chicken inside out. 2. Salt and pepper. 3. Roast for about an hour until done. 4. Basting often, chicken legs will pull away easily when chicken is fully cooked. |
