You can't beat these flavorful sandwiches seasoned with salsa, promises Susan Scott of Asheville, North Carolina. Serve them with a green salad and tortilla chips for a cool dinner on a hot summer evening. Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup salsa |
10 flour tortillas (8 inches), room temperature |
1 pound thinly sliced cooked roast beef |
10 large lettuce leaves |
additional salsa |
Directions:
1. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and salsa; spread over tortillas. Top with roast beef and lettuce. Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks; cut in half. Serve with salsa. Yield: 10 servings. |
