This has been a favourite of my family for many years and I am continuing the tradition. It is very rich but very easy. Store in an airtight container Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of very soft butter |
2 3/4 cups flour |
3/4 cup icing sugar |
Directions:
1. Sift the icing sugar - 2. Cream the icing sugar and the butter until smooth. 3. Gradually add the flour mixing thoroughly after each addition. 4. Pat into a 13 x 9 inch pan. 5. Bake at 325 degree oven for 20 minutes. 6. Cool and cut into small squares. |
