2 cups cooked white rice |
2 cups milk |
3 tablespoons butter |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. mix all of the above in a heavy bottom sauce pan. 2. bring to a gentle boil over medium low heat. stir often to make sure it doesn't burn. 3. cook for 15-20 min., or until thickened. 4. let cool for 10 minute. 5. searve hot or cold, and enjoy! |
