A family favorite that is requested often. It is very easy to put together while making supper. Ingredients:
1 cup rice |
4 cups water |
1 tbsp. butter |
1 can sweetened condensed milk |
1/4 cup raisins |
1 tsp. cinnamon |
1 tsp.vanilla |
Directions:
1. Put rice, water and butter in microwave bowl. 2. Cook in microwave for 20 minutes on high. 3. Stirring every 5 minutes. 4. Water should be absorbed. 5. Add sweetened condensed milk. 6. Cook 3 minutes longer. 7. Add rest of ingredients 8. Cook 2 more minutes. 9. Let Cool. |
