No crust! Ingredients:
3 cups rhubarb, sliced |
1 cup sugar |
3 tablespoons flour |
1 tablespoon buttermilk |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/3 cup butter |
3/4 cup flour |
1/2 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix the first four ingredients and pour into a glass pie plate. 2. Mix the last four ingredients, pour over the rhubarb mixture. 3. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. 4. Turn down the oven to 350 degrees and continue to bake pie for 30 minutes. |
