Easy & Quick Peanut Butter Fudge |

Copied from the back of an S&S confectioners sugar bag, looks simple and yummy. Ingredients:
1 lb confectioners' sugar |
1/2 cup milk |
13 ounces creamy peanut butter |
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme |
Directions:
1. Whisk the milk and sugar together in a saucepan and bring to a boil, let boil for 4-5 minutes. 2. Remove from heat and beat in the peanut butter and marshmellow fluff. 3. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish (8x8 if you want the thick bar types like they sell in Seaside, or 11 x 7 or 9 x 13 for flatter pieces.). 4. Let it cool for about 20-30 minutes prior to slicing. |
