A juicy savory dish that actually melts in your mouth. Do not cook too long or chicken will get dry-spoon pan juices over and add some cilanro for garnish. Have a multi-colored spring salad for a side. Ingredients:
1 package spinach |
3 chicken breasts |
9 or more slices bacon |
sage |
rosemary |
thyme |
basil |
mozzerella |
Directions:
1. Defrost spinach. 2. Flatten 3 chicken breast/Place on each chicken breast 3 slices bacon, some tablespoons spinach. 3. Then to taste add some herbs: sage, rosemary, thyme and basil. Scatter some mozzarella over it and fold the chicken breast over the filling. 4. Place the chicken breast in a lightly greased baking dish. 5. Scatter some mozzarella over it and place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 325 d. for about 25 to 30 minutes. 6. Serve with potatoes and a salad. Enjoy! |
