Ingredients:
1 cup evaporated milk
4 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
4 ounces swiss cheese, diced
3 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 deep dish pie shell, frozen
Directions:
1. Whisk together all ingredients and pour into pie.
