This recipe is from a weekly meal planning circular. Very simple for a weeknight meal. Ingredients:
1 cup evaporated milk |
4 eggs |
2 tablespoons flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
4 ounces swiss cheese, diced |
3 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled |
1 deep dish pie shell, frozen |
Directions:
1. Whisk together all ingredients and pour into pie. 2. crust. Bake 30-35 minutes 350. |
