I got this recipe off of a yahoo article. Very Easy!! Ingredients:
6 ounces nonfat vanilla yogurt |
1/2 cup canned 100% pure pumpkin puree |
1 dash cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Add vanilla yogurt with canned pumpkin and stir. 2. Add dash of cinnamon. |
